2. Use of Offerings

By accessing or using our services, information products, or goods, you agree to these terms.

3. Services

AgentRights offers legal consultation, document drafting, and compliance checks for real estate professionals.

Scheduling: Clients may reschedule a booked service up to 48 hours prior to the appointment. To reschedule, contact us via client support.

Cancellations: If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled service, you are eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be processed through the original payment channel within seven working days. If cancellation occurs fewer than 48 hours prior, no refund will be provided due to allocation of legal resources.

4. Information Products

We offer digital guides, templates, and online courses. Access is granted immediately upon purchase.

Due to instant delivery, all sales of information products are final. No refunds or substitutions are available. This policy ensures the integrity of digital content distribution.

5. Goods

Physical items such as printed guides or office materials may be ordered. All shipments are processed within three business days.

If a good is defective or damaged upon receipt, you may request a replacement or a refund within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a claim, contact Customer Support. Approved refunds or replacements will be issued within ten business days of claim approval. Shipping costs for defective items will be covered by AgentRights. For change-of-mind shipments, items must be unused, in original packaging, and the buyer covers shipment costs. Refunds for change-of-mind shipments will be provided within ten business days of inspection of the shipped-back item.
